Prior to starting PRIZMATICS, Ajay was spearheading Analytics and BI function at Bharti Airtel, where he managed business and customer insights function across India.In his previous roles, he created the complete analytics competency for Max New York Life Insurance
He has a passion for data and data science, and loves to create solutions which use these tools and create value for businesses and society. He hold a Bachelors degree in Technology from Indian Institute of technology , Delhi and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Vikas is a Google Certified Data Engineer, Cloudera Certified Data Analyst and a recognized instructor and has more than 15 years of experience in Data science, Big data and DWH. He has conducted training workshops on latest big data tech stack for multiple corporates including Google Singapore and Gurgaon. He has successfully played roles in Technical Projects Delivery, Management and Solution Architect role with multiple companies like Xebia, Sunlife Financial, Infosys, American Express etc. He has experience in migrating multiple clients to Big Data Platform from traditional DWH/BI, formation of a Data Lake, doing real time streaming and predictive analytics using Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
